Q. How can I get a new Membership Identification Card?

ID cards can only be issued to adults who are on the Warranty Deed for the property and children under 21 years of age living at home. Account must be current for request to proceed and will take approximately 5-7 business days for completion.

Q. How can I get a vehicle decal?
A. Please have your account number (section & lot number) handy and contact customer service at (800) 279-2502. Vehicle Decals are limited to 2 per lot and proof of insurance will be necessary for additional decals. Account must be current for request to proceed and will take approximately 5-7 business days for completion.

Q. How do I inform you of my change of address?
A. Please have your account number (section & lot number) handy and contact customer service at (800) 279-2502. It will not be necessary to contact UEMC as well because our records correspond with theirs.

Q. What are my options if I am interested in selling my property?
A. You may contact customer service at (800) 279-2502 for a copy of our selling suggestions which includes a request for approval form for the Architectural Control Committee to have a For Sale Sign placed in the Administration Office bulletin board. If you decide to complete the sale of your property with an outside company be sure and send a copy of a recorded Warranty Deed showing new ownership to: Double Diamond Companies, 5495 Belt Line Road Suite 200 Dallas, Texas 75254 or you may fax it to (214) 706-9878.

Q. Can I pay my maintenance fees by credit card?
A. Yes, please have your account number (section & lot number) handy and contact customer service at (800) 279-2502. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Q. What is my account balance?
A. To inquire about your account balance with the POA (maintenance fees & water/sewage) you may contact customer service at (800) 279-2502. To inquire about your mortgage balance with UEMC, please call UEMC directly at (800) 324-1392.

Q. How can I make reservations for the timeshares? Hotel/condos?
A. To make reservations for the Interval Ownership condos please call (800) 324-7438 ext. 2022. To make reservations at one of the resort hotel/condos you will need to call (888) 335-8881.

Q. I lost my statement. What is the address to mail my maintenance fee and/or water/sewage payment to?
