Lake Whitney Attractions
White Bluff Chapel is home to an inter-denominational Christian congregation, meeting at 9:15 each Sunday morning in the new sanctuary on White Bluff Drive. The Chapel, which has become a favorite Lake Whitney, Texas, attraction, was organized by White Bluff residents and friends in 1999, leading to the construction of the beautiful sanctuary and fellowship hall. This Lake Whitney attraction was completed in late 2003 and has welcomed visitors from all over Texas. More than a dozen different Christian denominations are represented in the congregation. Maurice Martin serves as chaplain and Jack Horn is associate chaplain. In addition to the Sunday morning worship service, various Bible studies are conducted. The Chapel not only is a hub of the White Bluff community, but supports the Whitney and lakeside area with numerous mission projects.
Visitors always are welcome.
